Nuru is a free mindfulness platform developed and funded entirely by its founder in Quebec, Canada. It provides guided breathing exercises, mood tracking, reflective journaling, and evidence-based tools designed to foster clarity, peace, and personal well-being. The service is offered without advertisements, data monetization, or premium subscriptions.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Nuru. By using the application, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
Protecting your privacy is a fundamental principle of Nuru. All mood logs, session data, and personal reflections remain strictly confidential and are never sold, shared, or used for advertising purposes.
